Since we only offer Made to Measure, Made to Order clothing they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is your alterations policy?

Every fabric can drape a bit differently, it’s possible that your final garment(s) may require minor alterations upon delivery. This is not unusual, and is the reason why every tailor in the business requires a “final fitting”; to make sure everything is just right.

Once you’ve completed alterations, simply email us a photo of the receipt from your local tailor, and we will reimburse your account for the cost of the alterations (up to $200 per garment).

Please note: we only credit alterations within 30 days of the garment being delivered.
