Ordering Process:
When you’re ready to make your first purchase, create an account and fill out your profile.
Here you can provide information about your body type and measurements. We will create your 1st try-on garment (Suit, Dress Shirt, Waistcoat) that is based on the information you submitted where the raw skeleton of the suit is assessed on your body so as to better refine its fit and shape.
Your 1st fitting garment will arrive 2 weeks from the time of your first order is received. It is used for your 1st fitting. You don’t have to return it.
Once your account is updated with all of the adjustments from your 1st try-on garment, we will send you a 2nd try on garment with the adjustments until you are satisfied with the fit.
Your final garment will arrive about 2 weeks after your 2nd try-on garment fitting is confirmed or adjustments are noted.
